How is shipping calculated?
What is the return policy?
Products that are unopened, unused, and undamaged may be returned for a full refund of the product costs within 10 days of delivery confirmation by USPS.
Please email info@makeupartistprogroup.com to request return authorization.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded and the returned items are to be shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Please ship your return package to: Makeup Artist Pro Group: 7813 Tower Woods Dr., Springfield, VA 22153
You can also drop off your package at any of the events that we host during the month.
What is the refund policy on services or gift cards?
Services that have been provided are non-refundable.
Only in the event that a deposit for a non-wedding related service was paid and the appointment was cancelled either by the client or the Independent Representative, we will process a full refund.
